تکافؤ القياس لمقياس CVSCALE لقيم هوفستيد الثقافية: دراسة عبر ثقافية

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: 1) هل النموذجان اللذان طرحهما يو، وآخرون  Yoo,  (2011)  لمقياسهم CVSCALE  الذي يقيس القيم الثقافية لهوفستيد (نموذج خمسة عوامل مترابطة وآخر عوامل مستقلة)، يتطابقا مع بيانات الثقافتين المصرية والسعودية؟
2) ما ترتيب القيم الثقافية في کلا من الثقافة المصرية والسعودية، وهل يوجد فروق بينهما في متوسطات القيم الثقافية؟
3) هل يوجد فروق بين الذکور والاناث في کل ثقافة على القيم الثقافية؟ 
وقد استخدام برنامج الأموس- 24 لإجراء التحليل العاملي التوکيدي لبيانات 248 من طلبة الجامعة المصريين، 298 من طلبة الجامعة السعوديين. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مؤشرات جودة المطابقة للنموذجين (ذو العوامل المرتبطة والآخر ذو العوامل المستقلة) جيدة إلى حد ما، کما أن ترتيب القيم الثقافية متماثل بين الثقافتين وقد يرجع ذلک لطبيعة العينة، وأخيرا لا يوجد فروق بين الجنسين في الأبعاد الثقافية ما عدا بُعد الجماعية لصالح الذکور في الثقافتين، وبُعد الذکورة الذي کان لصالح الاناث في الثقافة المصرية ولصالح الذکور في الثقافة السعودية. وقد تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء التراث النظري.
